Jin Jun Mei

Tea Source: Pure buds at an altitude of more than 3,900 feet in Wuyishan Nature Reserve. Picked and made once a year, limited edition.

Taste: Floral and fruity honey, fresh and sweet.

Fei Zi Xiao

Tea Source: Highly fragrant varieties with one bud two leaves in Wuyishan Nature Reserve. Picked and made once a year.

Taste: Dried lychee fruity, refreshing and sweet.

Lapsang Souchong

Tea Source: one bud three-four leaves at an altitude of more than 1,600 feet in Wuyishan Nature Reserve.

Process: Open-fire pinewood smoking in traditional Qinglou, preserving 400-year-old methods.

In 2005，through conjoining traditional techniques and technological innovations，Mr. Jiang and his team created our signature black tea, Jin Junmei.
During the making of Jin Junmei, Zheng Shan Tang was able to revolutionize traditional black tea making techniques by improving taste evaluation process and training professional tea makers.
